Mobile Therapeutic Apheresis

The next step in providing state-of-the-art care to your patients

Therapeutic plasma exchange, cytapheresis, and autologous platelet collection provided in your hospital.

Slide What Procedures Are Available? Mononuclear Cell Collection (MNC) allows the collection of T-cells and CD34+ cells for use in T-cell therapies and stem cell therapeutics. This general cell collection allows for selective processing and specialized, therapeutics for your patient.

Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE) refers to the collection of patient plasma and replacement with donor plasma on a large scale. This process removes antibody and/or toxin from the patient to allow the rapid treatment of toxic ingestion, and immune-mediated diseases (myasthenia gravis, severe agglutinating disease, such as IMHA, and antibody driven processes like Lyme associated glomerulonephritis).

Autologous Plateletpheresis allows for the collection of 3.0 x 10^11 platelets from your patient to be utilized for intralesional regenerative efforts. Platelets may be stored as DMSO cryopreserved, lyophilized, or frozen lysate.
